| David E. Watson, born
August 2, 1968, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is a member of our firm and has
been engaged in the practice of law since 1998. He received his
Juris
Doctorate, cum laude, in 1998 from the Washburn University School of
Law,
Topeka, Kansas. During law school, David, was a member of Phi
Delta
Phi and a member of the Washburn Law Journal and authored “Be it
Enacted
by the People of the State of Kansas - Is it Time for Kansas to Adopt
Ballot
Initiatives?” 37 W.L.J. 383 (1998). Following law school,
David
was a Law Clerk to Judge Robert J. Lewis, Jr. of the Kansas Court of
Appeals.
David completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama
in Huntsville in 1992. Currently David is a member of the Topeka
and Kansas Bar Associations. His practice areas include Appellate
Practice, Criminal Law, Personal Injury, Commercial Litigation, and
Real
Estate.
