| William B. Barker Bill,
born September 2, 1948, in Topeka, Kansas, is a member of our firm and
has
been engaged in the practice of law since 1977. He received his
Juris
Doctorate in 1977 from the Washburn University School of Law, Topeka,
Kansas.
During law school, Bill was a member of Phi Alpha Delta. He
completed
his undergraduate studies at Kansas State University in 1971. Bill
served
with the U.S. Marine Corps from 1971 to 1974. He is a
member
of the Topeka and Kansas Bar Associations and the Association for
Transportation, Law, Logistics, and Policy. His practice
areas include Transportation Regulation, Interstate Commerce, Motor
Carrier
Law, Business Formations, and Probate.
